If you cancel your account within 30 days of your first registration you may request a full refund. After that, you may cancel your account at any time but you will not receive a credit or refund for unused time. Essentially, the more you use your annual subscription, the more value you get!

Yes! You are free to use the backing tracks for live performances, videos and audio recordings. No additional licenses needed, no extra fees to pay! There's only one limitation: you're not allowed to sell or distribute the backing tracks (or any Toolkit content) without permission.
